The most significant factors include the age of pet, type of breed, ZIP code, and the deductible in the coverage plan selected.

What is the claims process?

We’re proud to offer a seamless claims process!

Please submit your claim through our website within 20 days of incident. All claims are processed within 5 business days. Claims are paid by via direct deposit or check by mail.

What payment options do you offer?

Payment for coverage can be made monthly or annually. Premiums paid annually are eligible for a 20% discount.

Payments can be made via credit card or ACH online through our secure payment processor.

What animals do you offer coverage for?

At this time, we only offer coverage for dogs and cats under 15 years of age.

Can I cancel coverage at anytime?

Coverage may be cancelled anytime by providing 30 day notice.

Why was my quote declined?

Unfortunately, we cannot offer coverage for every pet. If we declined your quote, we cannot offer your pet coverage.

Are there deductibles or policy limits?

Depending on the coverage plan selected, your coverage may be subject to deductibles. Most coverage plans include a lifetime policy limit of $25,000 to $45,000.
